What a busy afternoon

 

What a great afternoon we had. We were looking at dissolving and did some experiments to see which ingredients would dissolve and which wouldn't. We had a half glass of water and put in one teaspoon of an ingredient then stirred it for one minute (we used timers). We had salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, jelly crystals, baking soda and sand. We tried our dissolving experiment in cold water and next time we will try warm water to see if our results differ.

We all learnt something new today and had a lot of fun doing it too.
