Kohunga Festival

Botany Downs looking amazing as they take the stage.

On Saturday Botany Downs Kapa Haka group attended the Kohunga Festival which was held at McCleans College. The group has been working very hard to learn many songs in Te Reo Maori and they sounded amazing. Many schools were there but, as usual, Botany Downs was by far the most exciting and interesting group. Mr T said they sounded awesome and very professional.
